All grains (main source of energy) and other high biological value nutrients specific to horses, are subjected to different processes such as: high pressures and high temperatures (dry and humid), managing to modify, in the case of starches, their natural chemical forms (amylose and amylopectin), facilitating the safe entry of nutrients into the small intestine.
